Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding
   residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland, who are within Ocado’s delivery
   geography and have entered the prize draw as set out below. Proof of age
   and residence location may be required.
2. This prize draw shall be open for entry between 7am GMT on 04.12.2025 and
   7am GMT 05.12.2025. To enter entrants must:
   ○ Follow @thisismothership and @ocadouk on Instagram,
   ○ Like the prize draw announcement posted by @thisismothership and
   on Instagram; and
   ○ Comment with their favourite thing to eat at Christmas on the prize
   draw announcement posted by @thisismothership on Instagram.
3. There is no limit on the number of entries an entrant can make, so they can
   comment as many times as they wish.
4. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of
   Ocado Retail Limited, This is Mothership or anyone directly connected with
   the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such
   companies.
5. There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive £200 worth of voucher to be
   spent at Ocado.com, which will be valid from the date of distribution for 24
   months.
6. The winner can select the value of the vouchers to be either 4 x £50
   vouchers, 2x £100 vouchers or 1 x £200 vouchers. When redeeming any
   individual voucher, the whole value of the voucher must be spent in one shop
   and any value not spent will be lost. Minimum spend on Ocado is usually £40
   plus delivery charges. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other

voucher offer. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against alcohol, tobacco
products, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado gift
vouchers and food donations with Ocado. For full terms and conditions please

7. All steps at point 2 must be completed before the closing date for the entry to
   be valid.
8. The winner will be chosen via an online name generator by This is Mothership
   05.12.25. The winner will be notified via @thisismothership Instagram stories
   that day and contacted on the week commencing 08.12.25 and will be given
   full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or
   does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, or cannot take up
   the prize, then we reserve the right to select other winners. The prize is non-
   transferable and there is no cash alternative available.The winner will be
   announced on @thisismothership’s Instagram Stories.
9. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or
   greater value.
10. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held
    responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such
    prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
11. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw is
    in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
12. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge that Ocado will process and may
    share your personal data with processors and partners, to administer the
    personal data processing required to meet these terms. For more information

13. The winner may be required to take part in promotional events in connection
    with this prize draw. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to take part
    in promotional events related to this prize draw in the event that you are
    selected as a winner or runner up.
14. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or
    entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw.
15. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this
    promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by
    them.
16. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to
    publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become
    a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on
    request, for 30 days after the winner is announced by sending a SAE to the
    Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business
    Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or
    making available of your name and county of residence by emailing
    privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this
    information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
