Well, if we are going to be stuck at home for the foreseeable future we may as well be comfortable! We speak a lot about the importance of getting up, putting a bit of a face on and getting dressed properly, and whilst we are in the midst of something we hopefully won’t ever have to experience again, our mantra still stands. You don’t need to be in a ball gown (although we won’t judge!) but changing out of your PJs in the morning and into some sort of athleisure might make you feel better.
