Mama’s listen up. We know that you have like, zero spare minutes in the day. We know that as soon as the kids are in bed you pretty much want to just flop onto the sofa, mindlessly instascroll and watch a bit of CBB (if you can stay up ’til 9pm) BUT how about you swap the sofa for the bathroom (you can still instascroll in there, come on, we all do it) and spend one evening a week giving yourself some TLC.
Once a week, when the babes are in bed, we lock ourselves in the bathroom for half an hour and do a face mask. It’s the easiest but most effective way to make your skin look glowy and radiant, even when you feel knackered and drained. Nothing new about applying a facemask, right?
