THE PERFECT COUPLE (NETFLIX)

A glossy, six-part thriller with endless twists starring Nicole Kidman as a famous novelist from one of Nantucket’s wealthiest families, who is determined to organise a spectacular wedding for her son. Except, a dead body then washes up on the shore, sparking terror, suspicion and the unravelling of a decade’s worth of secrets. Addictive.

PRESUMED INNOCENT (APPLE TV)

This is one of Apple TV’s most watched series ever. If you haven’t already watched this, get ready. Jake Gyllenhaal is a prosecutor who becomes the prime suspect in a murder case after a colleague is found brutally killed. Further complicating matters — and implicating him — is the fact that he was having an affair with the victim. You will NEVER see the twist coming. Apparently they’ve already signed up for a second season.

GREYS ANATOMY SEASON 21 (DISNEY)

Ok, so I’m not there yet but 2024 has become my Greys Anatomy year. Honestly, if you haven’t watched it yet I cannot recommend something more. I’ve lost hours to it this year, I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve learnt so much about medicine I think I could pretty much diagnose anything. Anyway, there’s a reason that it’s the longest running drama on TV ever, because it’s just so good. Every season is on Disney, so you can sit and binge away the whole of the winter. ENJOY!

SLOW HORSES (APPLE TV)

Good spy dramas are hard to come by, which makes Slow Horses a refreshing watch in these times of true crime and tech CEOs behaving badly. The series follows a group of MI5 agents who have been relegated to a backwater outpost called Slough House because of past mistakes, where they’re supposed to disappear and do grunt work while superstar agents get the glory. It’s darkly funny and thrilling. In early 2024, Apple TV+ renewed the series for a fifth season before the fourth season even aired.

LOVE IS BLIND UK (NETFLIX)

If you want some trash tv that’s actually worth your time, this is it. After 15 minutes we were fully invested in the people who were dating ‘sight unseen’. Would you go speed dating behind a wall, and then fall in love and accept a proposal without seeing the person? PS: Freddie. We heart you. And if you’ve been following us on Stories you know we have a soft spot for Tom also!

IN VOGUE: THE 90’s (DISNEY)

The pages of the world’s most famous fashion glossy have always been a source of intrigue and excitement. This new series relives the ‘90s through the eyes of its iconic Vogue editors: Hamish Bowles, Edward Enninful, Tonne Goodman and of course, Anna Wintour. Packed with insight from some of the most influential names across fashion, film and politics, each episode in this six-part series centres on a defining ‘90s moment. We can’t wait.

JOAN (ITVX)

Sophie Turner stars in this six-part British crime drama based on notorious jewel thief Joan Hannington’s memoir. The action is set in London during the 1980s, when ‘the godmother’, as she’s known in the criminal underworld, morphs from everyday housewife to petty robber, and finally, criminal mastermind.

SIMONE BILES RISING (NETFLIX)

This account of the life and career of the Olympic medalist and most decorated gymnast in history is a celebration of her triumph in Rio in 2016, as well as a deep dive into her struggles in Tokyo in 2020, after she was forced to withdraw from a number of events.

EMILY IN PARIS SEASON 4 (NETFLIX)

By the time you read this, the whole season will be out. Do I remember what happened last time? No. Can I be bothered watching the recap? No. Do I even like Emily? No. Has it all got a bit ridiculous? Yes. Do I watch it purely for Alfie and Mindy? Yes. But it’s still the best background noise you can have on.

SELLING SUNSET SEASON 8 (NETFLIX)

Chrishell and Co are back, and there’s already some mega drama unravelling on Insta between Emma and Nicole. Can’t wait to see what went down. The outfits are out of control (in a good way!) and during ever single episode we must say ‘Ohhh I want that home’ about 10 times!
